Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must possess:
A full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree (3 years) in Science (B.Sc) with Physics and Mathematics,
OR
A full-time regular Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in any discipline, with Physics and Mathematics included in the curriculum.
Additionally, applicants must have passed English in 10th or 12th standard and be proficient in spoken and written English.
Age Limit:
Maximum age: 27 years as of May 24, 2025.
Age relaxations:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
- AAI Employees: 10 years (with completed probation)
Selection Procedure : AAI Recruitment 2025
The selection process involves the following stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): No negative marking; syllabus will be uploaded on the official website.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present original documents and self-attested copies.
- Medical and Skill Tests: Voice Test, Psychoactive Substances Test, Psychological Assessment, and Physical Medical Exam.
- Language Proficiency: Candidates must achieve ICAO Level 4 (Operational) in English for ATC licensing.
Salary Structure and Benefits
Selected candidates will be appointed at Group B: E-1 Level with a pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000, plus:
