Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Degrees in Medicine, Engineering, Chartered Accountancy (CA), or Cost Accountancy are also accepted.

- Maximum Age: 30 years (as of April 30, 2025)
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years

Language Requirement
Applicants must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the local language of the state they apply for.
Other Conditions

Salary and Benefits
Selected officers will receive a starting basic pay of ₹48,480 per month under the Junior Management Grade Scale-I. The pay scale follows a structured increment pattern:
- Initial Pay: ₹48,480
- Increments: ₹2,000 (7 times), ₹2,340 (2 times), ₹2,680 (7 times)
- Maximum Pay: ₹85,920

- Online Examination (Tentative: July 2025)
- English Language: 30 questions (30 marks)
- Banking Knowledge: 40 questions (40 marks)
- General Awareness/Economy: 30 questions (30 marks)
- Computer Aptitude: 20 questions (20 marks)
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will face a personal interview round.
- Final Selection: Based on combined performance in the online test and interview.
